SymQuest Group, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., and regionally based IT and document sales and service provider, recently contributed to the Good Shepherd Food Bank as a result of its interactive Thanksgiving customer appreciation campaign.
“Corporate social responsibility is part of our company’s DNA. At SymQuest we aim to serve the communities in which we do business,” says SymQuest Marketing Coordinator, Christal Fleishman. “Adding a charitable component to our annual Thanksgiving customer appreciation campaign enabled SymQuest’s clients to support a local food bank when donations are in high demand.”
SymQuest’s annual Thanksgiving customer appreciation campaign was conducted via email. Client’s received a thank you e-card along with a call-to-action button to donate $1 to the Auburn, Maine based Good Shepherd Food Bank. A donation was then made to the food bank on the client’s behalf. Nearly 250 of SymQuest’s Maine clients participated in this year’s campaign.
Each month SymQuest hosts charitable events, and fundraisers, to promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Past events included; toy drives, school supply drives, social media campaigns, and SymQuest’s annual United Way corporate giving campaign. SymQuest support’s non-profit organizations that are dedicated to environmental sustainability, human services, and poverty alleviation in their surrounding communities.
