SymQuest Hires New Service Team Members

SymQuest Group, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., and regionally based IT and office technology provider, recently announced the addition of Chris Morwood and Christopher Allen to its Technical Account Management and Field Service teams, respectively.

Morwood will be working out of SymQuest’s South Burlington office and is responsible for onboarding and managing the ongoing relationship with SymQuest’s hosted cloud services clients. Prior to joining SymQuest, Morwood held roles as a Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Admin, managing two U.S. based SaaS Data Centers for more than ten years. “I have known SymQuest for 20 plus years. It is an honor to finally be part of [the] team,” says Morwood.

Allen will be working out of SymQuest’s Westbrook, Maine office as a Production Support Specialist, serving high end production print clients in the Bangor, Maine territory. Allen brings more than 30 years of experience in the printing industry. “I am looking forward to working for a company that strives for both customer and employee satisfaction.” Allen says of his new role.
