SymQuest has been notified of global Internet Service Provider (ISP) outages, causing connectivity issues in the region. The outages are a result of worldwide carrier disruptions from Level 3 Communications, also known as CenturyLink.
The outages occured from 1:08 AM on November 18, 2017 until 7:04 AM on November 18, 2017. Level 3 Communications has isolated the issue, and is conducting remediation. Service should now be returned to normal.
