SymQuest Named One of the Best Places to Work in Vermont for 2019

“Our SymQuest family continues to grow and become a place where employees can flourish,” says SymQuest President, Meg Fleming. “This is a great accomplishment and well deserved by all of our team members here in Vermont.”

The awards program was created in 2006 and is presented in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management, Vermont State Council, (SHRM) and the Vermont Department of Commerce and Community Development and Best Companies Group.

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Vermont. This process includes: evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, and demographics, and conducting an employee survey to measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Vermont and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final rankings. 

The final rankings for each category will be announced at a special awards presentation on March 26, 2019.
