SymQuest Group, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., recently announced the addition of Shelly Mainus and Matthew Antoniak to its Operations Team. Mainus joins SymQuest as an Administration Support Specialist, and Antoniak as a Field Service Technician.

Mainus will field incoming copier, printer, and IT customer support inquiries out of SymQuest’s South Burlington, VT office. Prior to joining SymQuest, Mainus graduated from Johnson State College with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Management.
Antoniak will be will be traveling to customer locations to assist with on-site document support requests. Prior to joining SymQuest, Antoniak held positions as a Field Service Technician with Goodman Networks, and Supervisor at Creative Labels of Vermont. Antoniak will also be based in SymQuest’s South Burlington, VT office.
