SymQuest Group, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., recently announced the addition of Treg Butler and Richard Thompson to its Network Support team. Butler joins SymQuest as a Field Support Engineer and Thompson as a Service Desk Engineer.

When asked about his new role at SymQuest, Butler says, “I welcome new challenges and responsibility, and I look forward to supplying quality service to our clients.” Butler currently resides in Vergennes, Vermont.
Prior to joining SymQuest, Thompson held positions as a Senior Service Desk Analyst and Field Support Specialist. Thomson currently resides in South Burlington, Vermont.
