We have an immediate opening for a Sales Administrator at our headquarters in Burlington, VT. This is a great opportunity for you to join a fantastic company for long term career growth. Goals and Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders and projects
  • Update sales order management system
  • Process lease approvals, buyouts, and trade ups
  • Generate non-renewal letters for sales force and submit to lease vendors
  • Process credit approvals for purchases, projects, and rentals
  • Produce commission reports
  • Provide sales support to SymQuest Sales Representatives
  • Update vendor sales incentive programs
  • Process invoices and credit memos for sales orders and projects
  • Process daily toner billing
  • Coordinate third party deals (inter-territorial, GSA, and National Accounts)
  • Scanning
  • Provide inteneral reporting support
  • Produce client reports

Essential Requirements

  • Managing sales orders and projects from entry to invoicing
  • Generating reports (metrics, management, and vendor)
  • Generating commissions
  • Assisting Senior Sales Administrator

Educational and Technical Requirements

  • College education or equivalent work experience
  • PC Skills
  • Enjoy working with clients
  • Constantly seeks ways to automate and improve processes
  • Strong communication skills
