Goals and Responsibilities

  • Maintain contract databased (All Types)
  • Create new contracts (All Types)
  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly contract billings (All Types)
  • Provide client support as it relates to contact questions/rates
  • Provide internal Sales Representatives with relevant service rate/contract profitability information
  • Scanning all new contracts
  • Process contract credits for all contract types
  • Month end reporting
  • Process service billing and credits
  • Process toner billing and credits

Essential Activities

  • New contract creation/maintenance of contract database
  • Manage contract message inbox to ensure timely responses
  • Provide support to internal and external clients
  • Other administrative duties

Educational and Technical Requirements

  • College education or equivalent work experience
  • PC Skills
  • Report generation experience preferred
  • Enjoy working with numbers
