Goals and Responsibilities
- Process incoming service repair requests for document output products and network systems.
- Process incoming sales leads for document output products and networking services.
- Dispatch service requests to field service engineers
- Process incoming requests for machine supplies
- Exceed the expectations of our clients

Educational and Technical Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED or one to three months of related experience and/or training
