Goals and Responsibilities

  • Process incoming service repair requests for document output products and network systems.
  • Process incoming sales leads for document output products and networking services.
  • Dispatch service requests to field service engineers
  • Process incoming requests for machine supplies
  • Exceed the expectations of our clients

Educational and Technical Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or one to three months of related experience and/or training
