Document Solutions Account Executive

Job Location: Vermont & Maine

Goals and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing account relationships
  • Prospect new clients and successfully market SymQuest products and services
  • Achieve “minimum” sales and margin goals as determined by the Regional
    Sales Manager
  • Maintain a high degree of product knowledge
  • Assist other SymQuest business units in growing their business

Essential Requirements

  • Detail Oriented
  • Analytical skills in determining proper solutions to client problems
  • Strong communication skills, both person to person and on the phone
  • Above average computer skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining current account and sales data in CRM system
  • Staying current with fast moving technology
  • Maintaining organization amid lots of activity

Educational Requirements

  • High School Graduate; College preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in industry preferred
  • Orientation to new technologies

Technical Requirements

A thorough working knowledge of:

  • Konica Minolta Copiers
  • Konica Minolta and HP Printers
  • Fax Machines
  • Service Maintenance Agreements
  • Workflow and document management software solutions
